By commissioning me you agree to the following:I, as the Artist...• Retain my full rights and ownership of the commissioned artwork: posting it to my sites, making speed paints, or presenting it in my portfolios/artbooks •• However if you'd like your artwork to be private, please notify me as soon as possible•• Have the right to decline any commission request under any circumstances •You, as the Client...• Are not allowed to claim my art or designs as your own. If posting on a site Credit Me •• Under no circumstances, you are not allowed use any of my art for NFT or sell it for NFT purposes. What is Personal & Commercial use commissions?Personal use means the work won't generate profit for oneself. Using it as wallpaper/avatar in non-profit sites (Deviantart, Toyhouse, Twitter, Instagram, etc), printing for self, (not for selling) is personal use.Commercial use is when it generates income, or that solicits customers, or that directly or indirectly has to do with financial gains, such as using the artwork for your brand (marketing materials, business purposes, etc) or social media platforms that are able to gain profit (Twitch/Youtube/etc).Clients are to discuss with me about Commercial Use-------------------------------------------------Additional InformationCommissions will take a 3 weeks-4 weeks depending on the type of commission, however please be patient as I am an academic student and prioritize my academic life over art. If things are to change I will immediately contact and update if commissions are to get pushed back.I only work with finished character designs, not descriptions. If you want to order a character reference commission and then an illustration of the character, please let me know in advance.I do not provide complex backgrounds but I can draw certain complex elements. Please ask in advance if you're unsure.I do not draw NSFW or sexually suggestive commissions. Character in undergarments are fine, but no interactions.You are allowed to change your character before I start your commission. I will send a notification when your commission starts. However, if you've already paid and your new character is more detailed. I’m allowed to ask you to pay for the extra details.Please remember that my art is always evolving, so there might be slight differences between the examples and the work you get. If any thing happens and you want to cancel your slot on the waitlist. Feel free to let me know and I'll remove you from the list.
-------------------------------------------------Payment ProcessPayments are only accepted in USD and will be taken via Paypal invoice. However certain types of commissions are accepted over on my Ko-fi or Vgen. It will be listed above the commission option.All payments are paid upfront and will only begin once paid.Your commission order will be canceled if you fail to pay within 48 hours. I do not accept payment plans or split payments. If I’m unable to do your commission, I’ll fully refund you. Otherwise, no refunds.Paypal invoice will be sent via email.-------------------------------------------------
Working progressCommissioner will receive an initial sketch for approval.Please list all the changes when receiving these sketches. If everything is approved then I'll proceed to finish the artwork.You can ask for a WIP at any time. But don't message me on a daily basisBe upfront about any changes you require. I have limited amount of edits that can happen in a finished piece. A max of four.After that, if you want to change anything in the finished piece that wasn’t mentioned beforehand, it'll take a fee depending on the changes.Any missing or wrong details from my side will be fixed for free. You always receive the PNG file of the work with a watermark.-------------------------------------------------
TerminationIf the client fails to respond to revision/sketch approval from the artist for period longer than 8 days, the commissioned work will be considered completed by both parties without need of refunds or further work-------------------------------------------------I do not work with deadlines
